Ensure that you drink:
2 glasses of water immediately after you wake up – This helps activate your internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal and not during meals – This helps proper digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath and a crap – This helps lower your heart beat and pulse rate, thereby lowering your blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed – This helps avoid stroke or heart attack.
1 glass of water when you are angry – helps calm your nerves and heart beat rate down.
