Your SUCCESS is Dependent on What you See…..
Inspired by my Good Friend Wole Olusola
“It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.”
~Henry David Thoreau
Two friends had just relocated to a new developing city and decided to go round the city to see what new venture they could start.
The city was unusually filled with trees and when they were both asked what they could see, the first man said he saw trees while the second man said he saw estates.
Eventually, the man who saw trees became a wood cutter who struggled while the man who saw estates became a building engineer and was very successful. They both became what they saw.
The difference between the two men at the end of the day was their vision. One couldn’t see beyond the physical scenery while the other did.
“Look as far as you can see in every direction—north and south, east and west. I am giving all this land, as far as you can see to you.”
“The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision.”
Men of vision are never stranded. I believe its time to start looking beyond the physical limitations and start seeing with the eyes of vision.
“Today’s mighty oak is just yesterday’s nut that held its ground.”
