Memory plays a crucial role in all cognitive activities, including reading, reasoning and mental calculation.
To maintain a good memory, you need to train for it, which can be easier than you think.
Listening to music and memorize the lyrics, to boost the level of acetylcholine, that helps build your brain, and improve your memory skills. Do this Everywhere in the shower, while brushing your teeth hum a tune, while getting dressed etc.
Good attention enables you to maintain concentration despite noise and distractions and to focus on several activities at once.
To Improve your attention span simply change your regular routines. Change your route to work, reorganize your desk, reposition your furniture regularly.
These will jump start your brain again to new ways of thinking.

To Develop your Visual Skills, whenever you walk into a room pick out 5 items and their locations. On exit the room, try to recall all five items and their locations. Too easy? Try Recalling these 2 hours after.
Also every time and every where note everything you can see both in front of you and in your peripheral vision. Challenge yourself to recall everything and write it down. This trains your memory and ability to focus.
