Lanre Olusola simply recognized as THE CATALYST   is the founder of the Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy – A Mind, Emotions and Behavioral Change Coaching Academy.
The Catalyst works passionately to bring about holistic transformation. He works with individuals and organizations to effect change, promote growth and redefine self-expectations by transforming minds. Over the last two decades, he has created, mastered and deployed Integrative and Transformative Catalysis (ITC). His work varies with individuals, organizations, families, couples, groups and governments, all with the primary goal of rapidly transitioning them from where they are, to where they desire, deserve and are designed to be.


With expansive studies and experience in Business, Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Quantum Physics, Behavioral Change, Keynote Speaking and more, The Catalyst works have extended to partnerships with governmental institutions, NGOs and private organizations across Africa and other parts of the world.


In his quest to help people be all that they can be, The Catalyst created the OLCA Scholarship where he gives yearly scholarships worth millions to qualified individuals who desire to become certified coaches. He writes a lifestyle blog on his website and contributes to several publications including a weekly page on The Guardian Nigeria newspaper. To reach out to as many people as possible with his transformative messages, The Catalyst also hosts insightful radio and TV shows including Be All You Can Be, Grace Diaries on The Beat99.9FM and The Uncensored Talk at the LagosTalks 91.3FM weekly.


The Catalyst is recognized for pioneering the life coaching industry in Nigeria and creating the first wholly integrative coaching academy in West Africa. In January 2019, he launched Africa’s first digital coaching platform, CoachMe Online. He also created the ESP and VSP 5-star performance models which have been used globally to alter complex behavioural, traditional and cultural codes, programs and paradigms. One of the many beneficiaries of the VSP model include Stanford University’s affiliate faculty (The Institute for Venture Designs).  The Catalyst is also a founding member and board of trustee at the International Coach Federation (ICF) Nigeria; Visioner of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN) and the Coaching Icon Awards.
